Knee 2 Return is a site dedicated to helping those who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, the physical and emotional pain of an ACL or MCL injury. I'm Kira, a competitive soccer player, and I have had the unfortunate experience of tearing both of my knees (ACL, MCL & Meniscus).

Here, I will talk about my journey, from diagnosis to rehabilitation and recovery, as well as share my knowledge of tips and tricks that I have learned along the way. I hope to help others who are going through the same experience and let them know they are not alone.
